Fear of Success examines three common manifestations of self-limiting behavior: self-sabotage, procrastination, and imposter syndrome. Often understood as internal defense mechanisms, these responses can reinforce feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, and unworthiness. The series considers how such internal systems are not formed in isolation, but emerge through ongoing interactions with social expectations, cultural values, and personal experience. Together, the images explore the dynamic relationship between the internal narratives we construct about ourselves and the external forces that help shape them.
